Munster Winter League
PHASE 1
(now including Inaugural Connacht League)
The Basics :
2 Men & 2 Women per team.
Ideally you need 3 Courts to play a Tie. (First Matches)
Format:
First Matches -
Followed By -
All Players must have a Tennis Ireland Pin number and ideally a WTN number.
Players must be a member of the Club they represent to be able to play (for at least 3 Months).
Players may only play for one club in this competition.
Juniors over 16 can only play in Top 2 grades (1 & 2).
All Fixtures are to be played generally at 2pm.
The Home club must provide Toilets & Showers & Changing facilities.
A club entering more than one team in an event shall treat each team as if from a different club.
There can be no interchange of players or substitutes between teams in the same grade.
Substitution is allowed but there are several rules to follow and the substitute is to be of the correct standard.
To enter the Club or their representative enter teams online only. (Each entry for a Team €60)
The list of players for each team must also be entered.
A club may enter a panel of up to 10 eligible players for each team.
If a club has only 2 courts then the club may have to forfeit home advantage unless agreement can be reached with the opposition club for a Tie.
All matches are a standard 3 full sets.
The Rules of the Competition should be read in full.

- 1 Mixed Doubles
